عَنِ ابْن طاووس ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ :
أَنَّهُ كان يَتَحَرَّى السَّاعَةَ الَّتِي يُسْتَجَابُ فِيهَا الدُّعاءُ
مِنْ يوم الْجُمُعَةِ بَعْدَ الْعَصْر
قال ابْنُ طَاووسٍ:
وماتَ أَبِي فِي ساعَةٍ كَانَ يُحِبُّهَا،
ماتَ يومَ الْجُمُعَةِ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ
[ مصنف عبد الرزاق ٥٥٧٤ ]
Ibn Tawoos رحمة الله عليه said about his father:
He used to actively search out the hour in which prayers are answered from the day of Friday after ‘asr (which is one hour before maghreb).
Ibn Tawoos then said:
My father died in that same hour that he loved (to search out). He died on a Friday after ‘asr.
