قال البخاري : قال الزهري : من الله الرسالة ، وعلى الرسول البلاغ ، وعلينا التسليم . 

Imam Zuhri رحمة الله عليه said:

From Allah is the message and upon the messenger is to convey it and upon us is to submit to it.

أن امرأتين صامتا وأن رجلا قال يا رسول الله إن هاهنا امرأتين قد صامتا وإنهما قد كادتا أن تموتا من العطش فأعرض عنه أو سكت ثم عاد وأراه قال بالهاجرة قال يا نبي الله إنهما والله قد ماتتا أو كادتا أن تموتا قال ادعهما قال فجاءتا قال فجيء بقدح أو عس فقال لإحداهما قيئي فقاءت قيحا أو دما وصديدا ولحما حتى قاءت نصف القدح ثم قال للأخرى قيئي فقاءت من قيح ودم وصديد ولحم عبيط وغيره حتى ملأت القدح ثم قال إن هاتين صامتا عما أحل الله وأفطرتا على ما حرم الله عز وجل عليهما جلست إحداهما إلى الأخرى فجعلتا يأكلان لحوم الناس
In the musnad of imam ahmad رحمة الله عليه 
Two women were fasting during the era of the messenger صلى الله عليه و سلم. They were on the verge of dying out of thirst. When the messenger صلى الله عليه و سلم was informed of this, he turned away. When he was informed again, he summoned them and ordered them to vomit. They both vomited a bowl full of pus, blood, matter and fresh flesh. The messenger صلى الله عليه و سلم said: ‘These two abstained from what Allah سبحانه و تعالى made lawful to them, but partook of what Allah سبحانه و تعالى made unlawful to them. One of them went and sat by the other and they began consuming the flesh of people (by backbiting).

الطاعم الشاكر بمنزلة صائم الصابر
‘A grateful eater is equal to a patient fasting person’

In the ayah وذروا الذين يلحدون في أسمآئه
The muffassireen explain one way the mushrikeen committed ilhad in the names of Allah; was to derive baseless names with which they would name their false Gods by.
This highlights the importance of understanding the names of Allah سبحانه و تعالى correctly, as well as avoiding speaking about them except with proper knowledge.
